How it works
No magic and no promises: daily records, an honest comparison with each route's history, and a live check before publishing. Here is exactly what the radar does, and what it does not.
1. Prices recorded every day
Four times a day, the radar queries Aviasales' price database for every monitored route (Paris, regional France, Casablanca, Spain, Italy, the UK and Benelux to Morocco and major destinations), over the next four months, for return trips of 3 to 14 nights. Every price is dated: we know when it was seen.
2. A usual price per route and lead time
A ticket 15 days before departure cannot be compared with one 3 months out. For each route, the radar computes the usual price over three lead-time windows (under 15 days, 15 to 45, over 45) from the last 90 days of records, using a median, which ignores extreme values.
3. What we call a deal
A deal is a price at least 30% below the usual price of its window, with a statistically clear gap and enough history for the comparison to mean something. Confidence (low, medium, high) depends on the depth of that history. A “good price” is the step below: at least 20% under the usual price, shown on the site but never published as a deal.
4. Freshness and live verification
Aviasales' database sometimes keeps prices seen several days earlier. The radar discards any price seen before yesterday. Then, before publishing, it runs a real live search on the exact dates: if the price is no longer available within 10%, the deal is not published. The archive shows every published deal and what became of it.
5. What the radar does not do
It does not sell tickets: booking happens with the partner, under its terms. It does not guarantee a price: a fare can change between the check and your click, and every deal says when the price was seen. It sets no cookies, creates no accounts and collects no personal data.
6. How the service is funded
The “Book” and “See” buttons are affiliate links (Aviasales, Trip.com, Localrent, Kiwitaxi, Airalo). When a booking goes through them, the publisher earns a commission at no extra cost to you. It is the only source of income: no advertising, no deal paid for by an airline.
7. Getting the deals
Every deal goes out first on the Telegram channel, then on the site. To receive only the deals for one route or city, message the bot, or click the alert button on the route page.
